• How much does an auction software license cost?
 

 

    License fees consist of one-time fees and annual/event fees. All fees are quoted in US$.

    One-Time Fees:

  • A multiple usage license, for use by one daily newspaper1:    $4,9002.
  • Discounts are available for multiple license purchases. See below for details.
  • Initial setup fee: $500 per license.


    • Annual or Event Fees:

  • Annual license renewal fee: $500 per license per year3
  • Event fee (after the first year)3: $500 per event.
     
• What volume discounts are offered?
 

 

The following volume discounts are offered off of the one-time AuctionPress software license.
These discounts only apply when all licenses are purchased and paid simultaneously.

Single license $4,900  
2 to 3 licenses purchased at one time $4,400 ea (10% savings)
4 to 6 licenses purchased at one time $4,250 ea (13% savings)
7 to 9 licenses purchased at one time $4,050 ea (17% savings)
10+ licenses purchased at one time $3,900 ea (20% savings)
These discounts only apply when all licenses are purchased simultaneously.


 
• What services are provided to the newspaper staff?
 

 

AuctionPress is designed to allow the staff to be as seff-sufficient as possible. The auction system runs on our server; no application software must be loaded on the newspaper's server.

After the initial auction web site has been setup, the newspaper will be given a username and password. The username and password gives the newspaper access to the administrative page that the staff will use to setup and run their auction event. The user documentation provides operating instructions and a step-by-step approach to run the event.

2: All prices are quoted in US dollars. Bank charges for wire transfers or
     currency conversion are extra.
