(1) We will perform a free evaluation of your requirements -- discuss what you want to sell on-line, how you want your site organized, etc. We will then present you with a written specification for the website that we will create for you, including a fixed price for the project. You will have an opportunity to request changes to the proposal, and we will adjust the quoted price accordingly. On your approval of the proposal, we will begin development. An average small business ecommerce website will cost about $1,500 to develop, although your site might be more or less complex than the average, and pricing will vary accordingly.

(2) Setting up a domain name for you means that you have your own unique address on the web, e.g. www.acmeproducts.com.

(3) Recurring charges are billed each month. We will mail you an invoice, or, if you prefer, we can put the charges on your Visa or MasterCard.

(4) The transaction fee percentage is applied to each sale made on your ecommerce website. The percentage is calculated on the total amount of the customer's order, not including any charges for shipping, handling, or sales taxes.

(5) You will be able to setup email addresses associated with your domain name. For example, sales@acmeproducts.com and shipping@acmeproducts.com.

(6) Arista Technologies backs up your inventory data and your website pages once a day, and saves daily backup data for one month. Should your inventory data and/or your webpages become somehow damaged or corrupted, we will quickly restore from the appropriate backup files.
